RIVER is the name of the Wednesday night youth gatherings! Here’s why we are excited about this: it presents an exciting two-fold picture.
First, it’s such an incredible picture of God’s love like a river that we can never completely drink in. It’s overwhelming and washes over us. It cleanses us, heals us, renews us. But secondly, Jesus said, “If anyone thirsts, let him come to me and drink. Whoever believes in me, as the Scripture has said, ‘Out of his heart will flow rivers of living water.’” (John 7:37-38) So we not only come to the river, He invites us to be filled with His love and become part of this river flowing through our community.
Come be refreshed and then let God use you as part of the river of His love in our city, flowing to those around you!
